The Council of Albanian Ambassadors supports the applications of 🇫🇮 & 🇸🇪 for NATO membership.

Finland and Sweden are in their sovereign right to seek membership in the world’s most successful Collective Defense Alliance, fully embodying the essence of democratic values ​​and respect for human rights which NATO protects & promotes.

CAA is confident that their membership in the Alliance will strengthen the European security architecture, and will protect the inviolability of this perimeter from any unjustifiable and unprovoked threats.

CAS supports all political-diplomatic efforts of both countries to fulfill their just request and calls on Albanian institutions to follow as soon as possible with all necessary procedures under Albanian law.

On this occasion, the CAA reiterates the importance of Albania’s membership in NATO 13 years ago, joining with allies who stand in full support & solidarity with each other.
